# Amenity tags in place of property type

Some property cards on your site show amenity labels such as Parking or Baby Bed, while others show the property type (apartment, house, studio).

**Why this happens.** The HomeRunner Toolkit **Card tags** feature is enabled. When it is on, it replaces or adds to the property type chip with up to three amenity tags drawn from a property tag list (for example: parking, dogs welcome, baby bed). Cards whose property matches one of those tags show the tag labels, and cards without a matching tag keep the type chip. This creates the inconsistent appearance.

**Restoring the type chip.** To show the type chip on every card, go to **Toolkit settings > Display > Card tags** and switch the feature off, or ask the site team to disable the **card-tags** module.

**Showing both.** If you want both the type and the tags visible, use the module's **keep type** option. It displays the type chip and the tags on separate rows.

Still stuck? [Contact the HomeRunner team](https://homerunner.io/contact/) with your site address and what you tried, and we take it from there.
