# AI review summary missing on some properties

Some of your property pages show the AI review summary (**What Guests Are Saying**) and others do not.

**Why this happens.** The review summary is generated from the guest reviews synced to that specific property. A property with no synced reviews yet has nothing to summarize, so the section stays hidden on that page rather than showing empty content. This is expected for newly added listings or properties that have not yet received reviews on the connected channel.

**What you can do.** No action is needed. With automatic processing enabled (the default), the summary, FAQ, and tags generate on their own as soon as the property's first reviews sync in.

If a property that clearly has reviews on your PMS or channel is still missing its summary:

1. Check that its reviews are actually syncing to the website. They should appear in the reviews section of that property's page.
2. If reviews are visible on the page but the summary still does not appear, contact support. Support can reprocess that property.
