# Amenity icons showing as broken images

Some amenity icons on your listing pages appear as broken images instead of the expected icon.

**Why this happens.** Amenity icons are individual image files stored on the website, one per amenity. Your PMS keeps adding amenity types to listings over time. When a newly synced amenity has no matching icon file yet, it shows as a broken image.

**What you can do.** The fix is made on the website side by adding icon files for the missing amenities, matched to the existing icon style. Report the affected amenities, or just the page, to support, and support adds the missing icons. No change is needed in your PMS.
