# Rank Math Content AI shows as locked

In the WordPress editor, the Rank Math Content AI tools show as limited or locked, even though a paid plan is active.

**Why this happens.** On sites where the agency holds the Rank Math license, the Content AI plan is attached to the agency's Rank Math account. Two things must be true for the tools to work: the paid Content AI plan must be active on that account, and your site must have refreshed its credit balance from Rank Math since the plan was activated. If the plan is active but your site still shows the free tier, your site has not yet refetched its credits.

**What you can do.** The agency can force the credit refresh. After that, the Content AI tools in the editor and the AI Visibility features unlock under your existing login, with no changes needed on your side.
