# New listings missing photos and bed types

Newly added listings show no photos or bed types on your website, while older listings look fine.

**Why this happens.** HomeRunner already includes the PRO edition of the Advanced Custom Fields plugin. If the free edition of Advanced Custom Fields (from wordpress.org) is installed and activated alongside HomeRunner, the free copy takes the place of the PRO edition. The free copy does not have the field type the listing gallery uses, so new syncs store photos in a format the page cannot read.

**How to fix it.**

1. In WordPress, go to **Plugins**.
2. Deactivate **Advanced Custom Fields**. Choose the standalone free plugin, not HomeRunner.
3. Contact HomeRunner support to re-run the photo import for your listings.

Any custom fields your team created in the free plugin keep working, because HomeRunner's bundled copy takes over.

The galleries and bed types return once the import runs. Older listings that were showing an out-of-date photo set while the free copy was active are also brought current by the same re-import.

Still stuck? [Contact the HomeRunner team](https://homerunner.io/contact/) with your site address and what you tried, and we take it from there.
