# Guesty property titles: plus signs and renames

Your website's property titles may show words jammed together with plus signs and no spaces, or a rename you made in Guesty may not appear on the site.

**Why this happens.** By default, the website displays each listing's public name from Guesty. Public names are often written to fit Airbnb's short title limit, which is why words end up jammed together with plus signs and no spaces. Renaming a listing's internal name in Guesty does not change the website title while the site is set to use public names. This is the most common reason a rename does not show up.

**How to get clean titles.** You have two options:

1. Edit the listing's public name in Guesty, using the public name field on each listing. Public name changes flow to the website automatically on the next sync, with no support ticket needed.
2. Ask HomeRunner support to switch the website's title source to your Guesty internal names, or to a custom field you set up in Guesty with exactly the names you want. This is a one-time switch done on the HomeRunner side and applies to all properties at once.

Still stuck? [Contact the HomeRunner team](https://homerunner.io/contact/) with your site address and what you tried, and we take it from there.
