# Property cards show a higher nightly price

On a dated search, your property cards can show a nightly price that is higher than the nightly rent for the selected dates.

**Why this happens.** The HomeRunner Explorer setting **Enable full pricing?** controls this. When it is enabled, cards for a dated search show the full quote divided by the number of nights, meaning rent plus fees. Taxes can optionally be included through the companion setting **Display Full price after tax?**. When **Enable full pricing?** is disabled, cards show the average nightly base rate for the selected dates.

**What you can do.** To display nightly rent only:

1. Go to **wp-admin, HomeRunner, Explorer Settings**.
2. Uncheck **Enable full pricing?**.
3. Clear the site cache so the cards refresh.

This setting does not affect checkout totals. Your guests still see the complete price breakdown before booking.

Still stuck? [Contact the HomeRunner team](https://homerunner.io/contact/) with your site address and what you tried, and we take it from there.
