# Property calendars show no dates or pricing

Your property calendars sometimes appear blank, with no dates or pricing, when a visitor loads the page.

**Why this happens.** This is a known timing issue in how the site refreshes its calendar data during the regular property sync. While the calendar data is being rebuilt, a visitor who loads the page at that moment can see an empty calendar. Pressing **resync** appears to fix it because it completes a fresh rebuild.

**What you can do.** Contact support to have a protective patch applied to your site. The patch keeps the last good calendar on display during those refresh windows, so guests never see a blank calendar. It takes effect immediately and does not change any of your data.
