# No properties found below minimum stay

When guests search for fewer nights than the minimum stay for their check-in date, the Explorer can return no properties.

As of HomeRunner Toolkit 3.195.0, the Explorer explains this automatically. When the searched nights fall below the minimum for the check-in date, the empty results area shows 'These dates require a minimum stay of N nights' with a one-click button that re-runs the same search, extended to meet the minimum.

**When it activates.** The explanation turns on after your site's daily minimum-stay data refresh runs following the plugin update. To activate it immediately, open **Modules → Explorer Dynamic Min Stay** in wp-admin and click **Refresh now**.

**Caveat.** The message only appears when your site's calendar data can prove the minimum across every property for that date.

Still stuck? [Contact the HomeRunner team](https://homerunner.io/contact/) with your site address and what you tried, and we take it from there.
