# Property page removed or moved to trash

A property page has disappeared from your website or moved to trash. This is the property sync working as designed.

**Why this happens.** Your website's property pages are kept in sync with your property management system (PMS). When a property is marked inactive, unlisted, or deleted in your PMS, the sync automatically removes its page from your website on the next run. The sync keeps removing the page even if you republish it manually.

**How to restore the page.** Reactivate the listing in your PMS. The sync then republishes the page automatically.

If the property should be active and the page is still being removed, contact support so they can check the sync status for that listing.
