# Property disappeared from the website

A property that was showing on your website no longer appears.

**Why this happens.** Your website lists the homes your PMS returns as active and listed. When a listing is unlisted, archived, or removed in your PMS, the next sync drops it from the site.

**What you can do.** Check the listing in your PMS. It must be active and listed on the channel the website reads. Once it is, the property returns on the next sync.
