# Guesty calendar changes not showing on site

New reservations or blocked dates made in Guesty do not appear on your site calendar, and running a manual sync does not bring them in.

**Why this happens.** Calendar changes reach your site through Guesty's push notifications (webhooks), which HomeRunner registers on your Guesty account when you connect it. If that registration is missing, your site keeps the calendar it captured at connection time. The manual sync in the dashboard refreshes listing details such as text, photos, and tags. It does not re-pull the calendar.

Two webhook registrations are involved: one that lets Guesty notify HomeRunner, and one that lets HomeRunner notify your WordPress site. You can check and repair the WordPress-side registration yourself. The Guesty-side registration is handled by HomeRunner support.

**What you can do.**

1. In WordPress, go to **HomeRunner**, then **API Settings**.
2. In the **Webhooks** section, use the **Register webhooks** control. It reports whether the registration is in place and creates it if it is missing.
3. If the calendar is still behind after checking the WordPress side, contact support and ask them to confirm the Guesty webhook registration for your connection and to re-sync your calendars.

Once both registrations are in place, blocks and reservations made in Guesty appear on your site within a few minutes.

Still stuck? [Contact the HomeRunner team](https://homerunner.io/contact/) with your site address and what you tried, and we take it from there.
