# Guesty tags not showing as locations

You have added community or neighborhood tags in Guesty, but they do not appear as locations on your website.

**Why this happens.** HomeRunner turns a Guesty tag into a website location only when the tag starts with the exact location prefix configured for your connection, matched character for character. For example, if the prefix is set to a lowercase letter L in parentheses but your tags were typed with the digit one, the system treats them as plain tags and they never become locations.

**What you can do.** Either of two fixes works. You can retype the tags in Guesty using the configured prefix, or you can ask HomeRunner support to change your connection's prefix to match the tags you already typed. After either change, the next sync creates the locations, and your community pages populate on their own.
