# All properties show the same type label

If every property on your website shows the same property type label, such as House, the labels are not reflecting each listing's actual type.

**Why this happens.** The label on your website comes directly from the **Property Type** field on each listing in Guesty. A listing set to House shows House, and a listing set to Condominium shows Condo. There is no separate website setting that controls this label.

**How to fix it.**

1. Open each affected listing in Guesty.
2. Update its **Property Type** to the correct value, for example Condominium for a condo.
3. Wait for the next sync. Your website picks up the change automatically.
