# Checkout rental agreement on Hostfully sites

On a Hostfully-connected site, the rental agreement your guests accept at checkout comes from Hostfully.

**Why this happens.** The checkout agreement text is synced from Hostfully, specifically from **Agency Settings** under **Rental Conditions**. Any text you edit only on the website side is replaced by the Hostfully version on the next sync.

**Updating the agreement.** To change the wording:

1. In Hostfully, open **Agency Settings** and go to **Rental Conditions**.
2. Paste the new wording as plain text.
3. Save.

Your site reflects the change on the next hourly sync.
