# ”From” price on listing cards

The 'from' price on each listing card is that home's lowest nightly rate on any upcoming date in your PMS pricing calendar.

**Why it can look too low.** A single low night anywhere in the calendar sets the number. If a placeholder rate is left on a few dates, for example on event check-in nights while prices are being decided, that placeholder shows as the 'from' price for every home that has it.

**To correct it.**

1. Open your PMS multi-calendar.
2. Look for the dates priced at that low number.
3. Set the real rate on those dates.

The listing cards update on the next sync.
