# Listing page inquiry form: changing the recipient

Submissions from the **Got a question** form on your listing pages are sent by email, and you may want them to reach a different inbox.

**Why this happens.** The inquiry form is the HomeRunner Conversion Kit contact form. Its notification email goes to the addresses set in the Conversion Kit contact form settings. If that field has never been filled in, the plugin falls back to the **Administration Email Address** in **Settings, General** in WordPress. On a hosted site, this is often your agency's mailbox rather than your team's.

**Changing the recipient.** To route inquiries to your team:

1. Open the Conversion Kit settings in WordPress.
2. Find the **Contact Form** tool.
3. Enter your inbox in the recipient emails field. You can list several addresses, separated by commas.

The new addresses receive submissions from the next submission on. Earlier submissions are not re-sent, so check with whoever held the admin mailbox for anything that arrived before the change.

Still stuck? [Contact the HomeRunner team](https://homerunner.io/contact/) with your site address and what you tried, and we take it from there.
