# AI Concierge lead notification email recipients

You set who receives lead notification emails in the **Chatbot** tab of your **AI Concierge** settings.

1. In WordPress admin, open **AI Concierge** settings.
2. Click the **Chatbot** tab. It is in the left settings sidebar, between **Concierge** and **Live Concierge**.
3. Scroll down to the **Recovery & Outreach** section heading.
4. Set **Lead Notification Email**. Enter one address, or enter several addresses separated by commas to notify a whole team. If you leave it blank, notifications go to the site admin email.
5. Optionally, set **Lead Notification From Address** just below it. Use a branded sender on your own domain, for example a dedicated concierge address, so replies go straight back to the guest. It must be an address your site is allowed to send from.
