# Partner Commission Report for referral payouts

The **Partner Commission Report** shows which partner site sent each booking, so you can use it to pay referral commissions. It is built into the HomeRunner Conversion Kit.

**Where to find it.** In your WordPress admin, open **HomeRunner**, then **Conversion Kit**, then the **Attribution** tab, and scroll to the **Partner Commission Report** section.

**Running the report.** Pick a date range using the **From** and **To** date fields in that section. These are separate from the traffic charts above. Choose first touch or last touch attribution, and optionally filter to one partner source.

**Reading the results.** The report lists each booking credited to a partner site with its date, total, and a status. **Payable** means the reservation is confirmed, completed, or closed in your property management system. **Excluded** means it was cancelled or expired. **Needs review** means it is still pending. The status is read live from the reservation, so a booking that cancels later drops out of the payable list automatically. The **Download CSV** button exports the same list as a spreadsheet.

**A simple monthly routine.**

1. Open the **Partner Commission Report** section.
2. Set the range to the previous month.
3. Download the CSV. Each row carries the reservation ID plus a Guest column and a Confirmation code column, so accounting can match it to the booking in your property management system (Conversion Kit 1.165.0 and later).
4. Pay the partner on the payable rows.

**Getting the cleanest credit.** Ask each partner to add a utm_source value to the links pointing at your site, using one stable value per partner (lowercase letters, numbers, and dashes). Links without a tag are still credited by the referring website's domain.
