# Approving guest reviews from review requests

Reviews that guests submit through the Toolkit's post-stay review requests wait for your approval inside WordPress before they appear on your site.

**Where to approve them.** In wp-admin, open the **Toolkit** menu and choose **Review Requests**. Each submitted review is listed there with an approve action. Approving a review publishes it to the property page.

**Checking for new reviews.** The module does not send you a notification email when a new review comes in, so check the **Review Requests** page on a regular cadence. Weekly works for most operators.

**Timing and email settings.** By default, the first request goes out 2 days after checkout, with one reminder at 5 days. Both are adjustable in the same Toolkit settings screen, along with the reply-to address and the Terms/Privacy links shown in the email.
