# AI Concierge activity and booking reports

You can review what the AI Concierge has been doing on your site, and whether it led to bookings, in the WordPress admin under **HomeRunner > AI Concierge**. Two tabs cover this.

**Chat Sessions.** This tab shows every conversation the Concierge has had, with the date, the number of messages, the searches run, and a **View** button to read the full transcript. The cards at the top show total sessions, sessions today and this week, average messages per session, and average response time.

**Performance.** This tab lets you pick a date range and shows drawer opens, messages sent, property searches, zero-result searches, leads captured, property card and link clicks, top guest requests, top failed searches, and the top properties the Concierge surfaced. It also shows booking attribution, including AI-assisted bookings where the guest chatted within 30 days before booking.

**Choosing a date range.** The default range, **This month**, only covers the current month. To see the full picture since launch, choose **Last 90 days**.
