# Where to find Have a Question inquiries

Every submission from the **Have a Question** button is recorded on your site itself, independently of email.

**Viewing your entries.**

1. In the WordPress dashboard, open the **HomeRunner** menu.
2. Choose **Entries**.

The **Form Entries** screen lists each submission with its date, the guest's name and email, the property it was about, and its delivery status. You can filter by form or date, search, and export the list to CSV or JSON.

**If an email notification does not arrive.** This log is the reliable record even when an email notification fails to arrive. You can re-send a missed notification from the entry's detail view.
