# PMS amenity categories and Amenity Sections

If your PMS, such as OwnerRez, sends amenity categories, the **Amenity Sections** module uses those categories as its headings automatically once the HomeRunner sync carries them over.

Until the sync has run, the module groups amenities using its built-in category map and any per-amenity heading settings.
