# Working copy not migrated correctly during setup

Sometimes the working copy of your site is not migrated correctly during development setup.

**What happens next.** Support recreates the working copy from a fresh copy of your live site and reinstalls HomeRunner on the corrected copy.

**What you can do.** If any new access is needed, have it ready when you contact support. Support handles the rest.
