# Zero pricing after a Hostfully API key change

If your Hostfully API key expires, is rotated, or otherwise becomes invalid, the booking widget does not display a clear error message. Instead, it silently shows zero pricing on all quotes. This is a known gap.

**What to do.** If you see zero pricing sitewide, contact support right away rather than assuming a pricing configuration issue. It may be a lost connection to your Hostfully account, which support can restore quickly.
