# Property content on pages built outside HomeRunner

If you manage property pages outside HomeRunner, those pages do not update automatically from your PMS.

**What stays manual.** Photos, descriptions, and new listings are handled manually on those pages. Content changes you make to your listings in your PMS do not automatically appear on your custom pages.

**What stays live.** The availability calendar, pricing, and minimum stays come live from your PMS either way.
