# Hotel Ads change for properties with no rates

If your Google Business Profile currently shows no rates, the September 30, 2026 Google Hotel Ads change does not take anything away from you.

**Why this happens.** The change only affects paid Hotel Ads that relied on Google-sourced third-party (OTA) rates. Free booking links and organic listings are not affected. A property whose Google Business Profile shows no rates loses nothing on that date.
