# What Property Rating Stats does

The **Property Rating Stats** module does not create Google star ratings. It does two other things: it keeps your review markup valid, and it completes your AI feeds with rating data.

**Valid review markup.** The module computes each property's average rating and review count from your synced reviews. Google requires an aggregate rating alongside individual reviews. Without one, Search Console flags your property pages with 'Multiple reviews without aggregateRating object' and treats the review markup as invalid.

**Complete AI feeds.** The module publishes rating data to AI assistants through the **AI Booking Channel**, so ChatGPT, Perplexity, and similar tools see how a property is rated when they surface it.
