# AI Booking Channel reads: the “other” bucket

In the AI Booking Channel reads report, you may see a category labeled **other**. This is a deliberate catch-all category, not a miss.

**Why this happens.** The report names the AI crawlers on its list (GPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot, OAI-SearchBot, ChatGPT-User and the other assistants' fetchers). Every other visitor to your listing files is filed under **other**. This includes search-engine crawlers such as Googlebot and Bingbot, uptime monitors, SEO tools and scripts. A large **other** bucket means your machine-readable files are being read by many non-AI systems, which is normal.

**Seeing what is inside it.** Your server access log for the ai-sitemap and .md URLs shows the user agents.
