# Track checkout terms box shows old text

You have updated the rental terms page on your website, but the **Terms and Conditions** box in checkout still shows the old text.

**Why this happens.** On sites where booking hands off to Track's hosted checkout, the guest leaves your website at the **Book** button and finishes on a trackhs.com page. The Terms and Conditions box is part of Track's hosted pages, so its text is managed inside your Track account, not on the website.

**What to do.** Update the website page for visitors reading the terms, and update the checkout text in Track so the two stay in sync. If you do not see the setting, your Track support contact can point you to the exact settings screen.
