# Yes/No search filters show no selection

When you click a Yes/No filter button in the search, such as the **Pets** filter, nothing appears to change. The selected option does not show visually, even though the filter seems active.

**Why this happens.** This is a visual display issue caused by a theme color conflict. The radio button registers the click correctly, but the selected state indicator (a dot) is painted white against a white background, so it is invisible. The filter is actually working. Only the visual feedback is missing.

**How it is fixed.** The fix is a CSS change specific to your site. Once it is in place, the **Pets** Yes/No buttons clearly show which option is selected.
