# Travel Protection and insurance add-on missing

The Travel Protection section does not appear on your site, and the insurance add-on is also gone from the sidebar.

**Why this happens.** This usually means your booking widget template is a customized copy that predates the Travel Protection feature. The template needs a small update before the module can display plans.

Contact HomeRunner support to get the template updated.
