# Properties explorer slow with 100+ listings

When you have 100 or more listings, the properties explorer page can load slowly or freeze in the browser.

**Why this happens.** The page renders every listing at once, which causes the browser to freeze with large inventories.

**What you can do.** In the **HomeRunner Explorer** settings, lower the number of items shown per page to something like 24. The page then displays the first batch of cards with a **Load more** button underneath, and the freeze goes away.

**Map zoom.** The same settings screen has a maximum map zoom option. Setting it to 16 prevents guests from zooming the map in too far.
