# Search map opens in the wrong location

When your search results page loads, the map may open zoomed far out or centered on the wrong location instead of showing your properties.

The map can automatically frame itself around your listed properties when it loads, rather than opening at a default zoom level. This behavior may need to be activated specifically for your site. If the map still starts in the wrong location, contact support to have it enabled.

Still stuck? [Contact the HomeRunner team](https://homerunner.io/contact/) with your site address and what you tried, and we take it from there.
