# Guesty listings missing from your website

Some of your Guesty listings are tagged with your HomeRunner tag, active in Guesty, and shown in the Guesty dashboard as assigned to your Booking Engine API key, but they do not appear on your website.

**Why this happens.** The Guesty dashboard can show a listing as assigned to your Booking Engine API key while the API itself does not actually serve that listing. When your website syncs, it reads directly from the Guesty Booking Engine API. If a listing is not served by the API, it does not appear on your site, regardless of what the dashboard shows. You can verify this by fetching the listing directly from the API: a "not found" or access-denied response means the API is not serving it.

**What you can do.** The fix is on the Guesty side. Confirm that those listings are fully connected and published to the Booking Engine, not just shown as assigned in the Guesty interface. Once they are available through the Booking Engine API, they are pulled into your site automatically on the next sync, usually within a few hours.
