# Tagged Guesty properties not showing on site

Some of your properties have the correct inclusion tag in Guesty, but they do not appear on your site.

**Why this happens.** An inclusion tag on a listing is necessary but not always enough on its own for the listing to appear. Each listing also needs to be both **Active** and **Listed** in Guesty, and it must fall within the set of listings your booking engine is configured to show. When properties go missing, the usual cause is that their inclusion tag was removed in Guesty, often during a bulk tag-editing session.

**What to do.** Check the missing listings in Guesty and restore the correct inclusion tags. Your site updates itself on the next sync, and nothing needs to change on the HomeRunner side.
