# Property page shows the wrong name

A property page on your website shows the wrong name, or a headline from a different listing, in its heading and page title.

**Why this happens.** Your website mirrors your PMS and does not keep its own editable copy of a listing's name. The heading and page title come from the listing's public-facing name field in your PMS. This is a separate field from the internal name you may see in your listing list. When the two disagree, the website shows the public one.

**How to fix it.** The fix is in your PMS, not on the website.

1. In your PMS, open the listing and correct its public-facing name field.
2. Let the listing sync.

The heading and page title update on the next sync.

Editing the heading directly on the website does not hold. The next sync overwrites it with whatever your PMS says, so the change silently disappears later.
