# Describe search does not open AI Concierge

On an explorer (properties) page, a guest types a stay description under **What > Describe** in the search bar and presses Enter, but the AI Concierge does not open and the text is silently dropped. The same action works correctly in the homepage search bar, so only explorer pages are affected.

**Why this happens.** This is a bug in the HomeRunner Toolkit that affects explorer pages. It is fixed in HomeRunner Toolkit 3.309.19.

**What you can do.** Update the Toolkit to 3.309.19 or later. The current public version is 3.341.1, which includes this fix.

1. Go to your WordPress dashboard.
2. Update the HomeRunner Toolkit to the latest version.

After updating, pressing Enter in the **Describe** box on an explorer page opens the AI Concierge with the typed description as the first message, and the concierge sets the search filters from it. This matches what your guests already experience in the homepage search bar. No settings changes are needed after updating.
