# Site shows a blank white page

Your booking website shows a blank white page to all visitors, including in incognito mode.

**Is the site down?** No. The site is still responding normally, and all your content, bookings, and data remain intact. Nothing behind the scenes is lost or affected.

**Why this happens.** A display rule in the site's theme is hiding the page content from view. This can happen when the theme's stylesheet is regenerated incompletely. A 'hide on load' rule stays in place without the matching rule that makes content visible again.

**What you can do.** A targeted fix restores the visible content immediately so the site renders correctly for all visitors. The longer-term resolution is to re-save the theme settings from the WordPress admin. This regenerates the full stylesheet cleanly.
