# Guesty listing missing from your website

Your Guesty property is assigned to the **Booking Engine API** distribution channel, but it still does not appear on your website.

**Why this happens.** Two settings in Guesty must both be active for a property to flow through the API connection. The property must be assigned to the **Booking Engine API** distribution channel, and the property itself must have **List on booking channels** toggled on. If the property page shows that it is not connected to any channels, that toggle is the missing piece.

**What to do.** Turn on **List on booking channels** for the property in Guesty. Once both settings are enabled, the listing comes through on the next sync and displays on your site.
