# HomeRunner Documentation > HomeRunner is a direct booking engine for vacation rental websites. It runs on the operator's own WordPress site, or embeds on any website as components, and stays in sync with the property management system (PMS). This index lists every published documentation article; each link is the Markdown version of the article. ## How to use these docs - Any article is available as Markdown by adding `.md` to its URL (for example `https://homerunner.io/docs/getting-started.md`), or by requesting the HTML URL with `Accept: text/markdown`. - The whole documentation set as one Markdown file: https://homerunner.io/docs/llms-full.txt - Human-readable docs hub: https://homerunner.io/docs/ - Product overview, pricing, and integrations: https://homerunner.io/llms.txt - Articles are grouped by product (knowledge base) and then by topic. [Toolkit: Property Page Section Nav](https://homerunner.io/docs/toolkit-property-section-nav.md): Pins a quick-jump menu to the top of your property pages once a guest scrolls past the title, so long pages with an About section, location, rooms, amenities, rates, and reviews stay easy to navigate. - [Toolkit: Guest Identity](https://homerunner.io/docs/toolkit-guest-identity.md): Guest Identity gives the rest of your site a single, consistent picture of who the current visitor is, so personalized touches like greetings can work without each feature figuring identity out on its own. - [Toolkit: Bathroom Display](https://homerunner.io/docs/toolkit-bathroom-display.md): Set full and half bathrooms separately on each property so two half baths show as their own thing instead of rounding into a single full bath. ### Search & Discovery - [Toolkit: Local Guide](https://homerunner.io/docs/toolkit-local-guide.md): Local Guide puts a filterable places guide on your site, with a map of the places and your homes, and a "Nearby" list on each property page, all readable by search engines and AI assistants. - [Toolkit: Keyword Search](https://homerunner.io/docs/toolkit-keyword-search.md): Keyword Search lets you type any word or phrase, such as "dock" or "pizza oven", and see every home whose listing text mentions it, without tagging anything first. - [Toolkit: Auto Tags](https://homerunner.io/docs/toolkit-auto-tags.md): Auto Tags keeps a property tag in step with your calendar, so a "last-minute openings" chip, an "open this weekend" collection, or a holiday-week landing page stays current without anyone editing tags by hand. - [Toolkit: Map Privacy](https://homerunner.io/docs/toolkit-map-privacy.md): Map Privacy shows each home as a shaded area instead of an exact pin, the way Airbnb does before booking, so your maps protect owner and guest privacy without hiding your properties from search. - [Toolkit: Collection Pages](https://homerunner.io/docs/toolkit-collection-pages.md): Declare a themed collection, like Pet Friendly or Private Pool, once and get the landing page, the pre-filtered property explorer, the SEO copy, and the redirect from its old URL, all without touching a page builder. - [Toolkit: Map Controls](https://homerunner.io/docs/toolkit-map-controls.md): Cleans up your explorer map's control buttons into a modern, Airbnb-style layout, and lets you resize how much of the results page the map takes up on desktop. - [Toolkit: Explorer Loading Stability](https://homerunner.io/docs/toolkit-explorer-loading-stability.md): This feature is now part of Map Viewport Fit. - [Toolkit: Map All Pins](https://homerunner.io/docs/toolkit-map-all-pins.md): Shows every home that matches a guest's search on the explorer map, not just the ones loaded on the current page, so the map never looks emptier than the results actually are. - [Toolkit: Destination Search](https://homerunner.io/docs/toolkit-destination-search.md): A single search bar that guests can drop into a hero or landing page, so they can jump straight to a home, island, city, or resort without opening your full destination filter. -
