# Making listings visible to AI assistants

You may want AI assistants and tools to be able to read your property listings directly.

The **AI Booking Channel** in the **HomeRunner Toolkit** is designed for this. When it is enabled, your site publishes a plain-text page for every home, including rates and availability, plus a catalog and a sitemap that assistants can read directly. It works separately from your location and search pages, so it is not affected by the rendering limitation.
