# Hostfully InboxAI for drafting guest replies

If you are planning a custom export to an outside AI tool to draft replies to guest messages, Hostfully already has a built-in feature for this.

**InboxAI** is part of the Hostfully **Unified Inbox**. It drafts replies to guest messages using your guidebooks, listing details, and existing conversation history. Your staff review the drafts and send them from there.

If InboxAI is not showing on your account, ask your Hostfully rep to enable it.

InboxAI covers much of what you would otherwise feed an outside AI tool, so it is worth checking before you build a separate export.
