# Guesty description changes not showing on site

You edit a listing description in Guesty, but your website still shows the old text.

**Why this happens.** Description changes move in two steps. First, HomeRunner pulls updates from Guesty automatically, roughly twice a day, so a Guesty edit reaches HomeRunner within about half a day. Second, your website updates only when a sync runs on the WordPress side.

**What you can do.** To trigger the update manually, do one of the following:

1. Open the property in WordPress and click **Property Sync**.
2. Run a full sync from the **Synchronize** page.

If you want changes to appear without manual steps, enable **Auto Sync** under **HomeRunner Settings**. Auto Sync runs a full sync on a schedule (daily by default). With Auto Sync on, a Guesty description edit shows on your site within about a day.
