# Unlisted home still showing on website

After you mark a home inactive in your PMS, its page can stay on your website for a while before it disappears.

**Why this happens.** Inactive homes are removed from your website by a scheduled cleanup task that runs a few times a day. The instant sync that adds and updates homes does not trigger removal, so there can be a gap between when your PMS marks a home inactive and when the page comes down.

**What you can do.** The page is removed on its own at the next cleanup run. If you need it removed sooner, contact support and the cleanup can be run immediately.

**Relisting.** When you relist the home, it returns to your website through the normal sync with the same URL.

Still stuck? [Contact the HomeRunner team](https://homerunner.io/contact/) with your site address and what you tried, and we take it from there.
