# Unpublished Reva review still on website

You switched **Publish** off for a review in Reva, but the review still appears on your website.

**Why this happens.** Switching **Publish** off in Reva is the correct step. Your website picks up the change on the next Reva sync, which runs once a day. After that sync, the review is removed from the listing page, and the property's rating badge updates to reflect the change.

**If you need it removed sooner.** Contact support, and a manual sync can be run for that property.

Older versions of the HomeRunner Reva connector only added and updated reviews and did not mirror the unpublish action. The current connector follows Reva's **Publish** setting in both directions.
