# Trust Badge not showing on property pages

You have turned on the **Trust Badge** in **Conversion Kit** settings, but it does not appear on your property pages. Two separate conditions must both be true for the badge to appear.

**Review Insights must be unlocked on your plan.** The Trust Badge is part of Review Insights, a licensed Conversion Kit tool. If there is no active Conversion Kit license, the tool's scripts and styles are never added to the page, so the badge markup is completely absent rather than empty. Toggling the setting off and on does not fix this.

**Each property needs review statistics calculated.** The badge reads a stored average rating and review count for each property, not the review posts directly. On sites where reviews were imported or synced in bulk, these per-property statistics may never have been generated, so every property reads 0.

**Finding which issue you have.** If there is no badge markup at all in the page source, that points to the licensing issue. If a badge appears but shows "0.0 (0 reviews)", that points to the statistics not having been generated. Contact support and tell them which symptom you see. Support can confirm your license state and run a statistics backfill.

**Minimum reviews.** The badge has a minimum-reviews threshold, 3 by default. A property with fewer reviews than the threshold intentionally shows nothing, even when everything else is configured correctly.
