# New listing not appearing after manual sync

You published a new listing in your PMS and ran the manual sync, but the listing does not appear on your HomeRunner site.

**Why this happens.** New listings are imported by a background sync that runs on a scheduled basis, typically within 24 hours of publishing. The manual **Synchronize Now** link updates prices, availability, and details for your existing listings, but it does not import brand-new properties from scratch.

**What to do.** Give a newly published listing up to 24 hours to appear. If it still has not shown up after a full day, contact support. Support can check the import status and push the listing through.
