# Translations not showing after Property Sync

You have activated translations in your PMS, but after you run **Property Sync** your website still shows English. This is not a cache issue.

**Why this happens.** Content reaches your website in two hops. Your PMS feeds the HomeRunner middleware first, and the website then pulls from the middleware. The **Property Sync** button on the site only runs that second hop. The middleware stores active translations only, and it refreshes description content from your PMS on an automatic overnight pass. A translation you activate in your PMS today is not available to the website until that overnight refresh has run.

**What you can do.**

1. Wait for the overnight content refresh to run.
2. Re-run **Property Sync** on one listing first and check its translated pages.
3. If that listing looks right, run a full sync from the **Synchronize** page for the remaining listings.
