# Restoring a listing removed by mistake

If the wrong listing was removed from your website, how you restore it depends on where it was removed.

**Archived in Hostaway.** If the listing was archived in Hostaway by mistake, unarchive it in Hostaway. It returns to your website on the next sync, usually within about an hour, with its photos, rates and calendar pulled from Hostaway.

**Removed from the website only.** If the listing is still live in Hostaway and was removed from the website side at your request, reply to your support ticket with the property link. Support restores the page directly. You do not need to make any changes in Hostaway in this case.
